How the program works
According to DDownload's published documentation, partners can earn through three models:

- Payments are processed within a week or monthly depending on volume. Larger amounts may take longer.

API access & account security
The following is a summary of DDownload's own published affiliate terms. This is not our policy – it is theirs. Always refer to the official affiliate terms for the authoritative version.
1 Prohibited content
- Sexual content involving minors (CSAM) is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.
- Files must not contain malware, phishing material, instructions for illegal activities, or content promoting violence, terrorism or discrimination.
- Distributing copyrighted material without the rights holder's consent is not permitted. Valid DMCA notices lead to removal of the affected file.
2 Traffic quality
- Only traffic from real human visitors is compensated. Bots, click farms, automated tools and script-driven downloads lead to forfeiture of affected earnings.
- DDownload states it may verify traffic sources on every payout request. Affiliates must be able to identify the origin of their downloads.
- Traffic from VPN or proxy connections is compensated at a reduced rate in the PPS model.
- Traffic from low-quality or anonymous sources is not or only partially compensated.
3 Counting & limits
- A maximum of 3 downloads per unique IP address are counted within any 24-hour window.
- Incomplete downloads and downloads from visitors with an active ad blocker are not compensated.
- Files must be at least 100 KB to qualify. Thumbnails, plain images and empty files are excluded.
4 Prohibited promotion methods
- Spam in any form leads to immediate suspension.
- Misleading buttons, pop-unders, fake download links or forced-click mechanisms are not permitted.
- Hotlinking, iframe embedding or masking DDownload links through third-party redirects is not allowed.
5 Account & payout
- One affiliate account per person. Multiple accounts are closed without payout.
- Deliberately deleting files with existing earnings to manipulate statistics is treated as fraud.
- At the time of a payout request, the account must show active traffic on existing files.
- Files with zero downloads are automatically removed 30 days after upload.
- DDownload reserves the right to adjust commission rates and program terms with reasonable advance notice.
6 Legal
- Joining the program means accepting DDownload's Terms of Service, Copyright Policy, Privacy Policy and Affiliate Terms.
- DDownload states it cooperates with law enforcement in cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
Frequently asked questions
What is the DDownload affiliate program?
It is a partner program run by DDownload that lets file uploaders monetize downloads and referred Premium sales. It is free to join with a DDownload account. This page is our independent summary – the official page is at ddownload.com/affiliate.
Which earning model is best – PPD, PPS or MIX?
Based on the published documentation: PPD suits high-volume file sharing; PPS suits sites that refer paying subscribers; MIX offers a balance of both. The right choice depends on each affiliate's traffic profile.
How does VIP (PPD2) status work?
According to DDownload's documentation, VIP status is granted to high-volume partners with consistent quality traffic. It is applied for through the VIP tab in the affiliate dashboard. PPD2 rates are published as up to 4x the standard PPD rates.
When are payouts processed?
DDownload states payouts are processed within a week or monthly depending on volume. The minimum threshold is €10. See the payout table above for per-method minimums and fees.
What counts as a valid download?
According to published rules: completed by a real human visitor without an active ad blocker, maximum 3 per unique IP per 24 hours, from a file of at least 100 KB.
How long does the referral cookie last?
DDownload's published documentation states the referral cookie lasts 30 days. If the visitor clicks the link again before expiry, the timer resets.
Can affiliates control download speed for free users?
Yes, according to the affiliate dashboard documentation. Affiliates can set a free download speed between 5 and 100 KB/s, or enable a Premium-only mode that restricts downloads to Premium subscribers.
Why are downloads from Premium users not counted for PPD?
By default, Premium subscriber downloads do not count toward PPD earnings. Enabling a mode where they do count requires contacting DDownload support directly through the user dashboard.
Can affiliate earnings be used to buy a DDownload Premium subscription?
This is not available directly from the affiliate dashboard. According to user reports, it may be possible to arrange through DDownload's helpdesk – but we recommend confirming directly with them.
