Support system migration – subdomain discontinued

According to information available to us, DDownload has discontinued their support subdomain. The issue appears to have been caused by users submitting both emails and support tickets simultaneously, resulting in duplicate entries and unnecessary workload on the support team.

DDownload is expected to introduce a new support system based on Zendesk as a replacement, though no official launch date has been confirmed at the time of writing.
